  • How do I reset my password?
  • If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it from the login page. Click on "Forgot Password" and enter your email address. You'll receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.

  • How do I update my profile information?
  • To update your profile information, go to your account dashboard and click on "Edit Profile." From there, you can update your name, email address, and other details.

  • How do I change my email address?
  • To change your email address, go to your account dashboard and click on "Edit Profile." From there, you can update your email address.

Troubleshooting
  • Clear Cache: Sometimes, clearing your browser cache can resolve minor issues with the website. You can do this by going to your browser settings and clearing the cache.
  • Update Browser: Ensure that you are using the latest version of your browser for the best experience and to ensure that you have all the latest security updates.

is an online scheduling tool that allows you to schedule your shifts and manage your team's schedules.

To create an account, go to the sign up page and fill in your email address and password. You’ll receive an email with instructions on how to verify your email.

To schedule a shift, navigate to the "Shifts" section from your account dashboard and select the date and time you want to schedule. You can also invite other team members to join the shift.

To manage your team's schedules, navigate to the "Team" section from your account dashboard. You can view your team members' availability and schedule shifts for them.

To view your previous invoices, go to the "Account" section from your account dashboard and select "Invoices" from the dropdown menu. You will be able to see your past invoices along with their details.

To make a payment, go to the "Account" section from your account dashboard and select "Invoices" from the dropdown menu. Locate the invoice you wish to pay and click on the "Pay Now" button. Follow the instructions to complete the payment process.

To update your invoice settings, go to the "Account" section from your account dashboard and select "Settings" from the dropdown menu. Locate the "Invoice Settings" section and make the necessary changes.
